Support hours can include:

• Fixing something on your website (including website hacks)
• Website amendments
• Adding extra functionality like woocommerce, online courses, membership to your website (cost of any plugins will be extra)
• Adding sales pages or other pages
• Site health checks
• Integrations with other software such as Mailerlite, ActiveCampaign,
• Setting up funnels

You can also use these hours for one to one support via Zoom or in person training.

One off support hours can be used up to 6 months from purchase and do not have to be used altogether.

Monthly support hours can only roll over for a MAXIMUM of 1 month and you are tied in for a minimum of 3 months from purchase.

Hours will be timed using Toggl and you will get a report to a breakdown of hours used.
