Monthly Tech Support hours include:
- Fixing something on your website
- Website amendments
- Adding sales pages, opt in pages or other pages
- Site health checks
- Monitoring analytics and suggesting improvements
- Adding products or services
- Integrations with other software such as Mailerlite, ActiveCampaign
- Setting up funnels
You can also use these hours for one-to-one support via Zoom or in-person training, if needed.
BONUS: When you are signed up to a monthly tech support bundle from us, we will also make sure your website is taken care of by doing regular backups, updates and security monitoring with a report each month letting you know what we have done and how your site is performing.
Monthly tech support hours can only roll over for a MAXIMUM of 1 month, and you are tied in for a minimum of 3 months from purchase.
How it works: Just email us or book a chat to discuss work, and we will give an estimate of how long it will take and when it will get done, and it's all taken off your hands.
Hours will be timed using Toggl, and you will get a report with a breakdown of hours used.
