This can often apply in the online world, too much conflicting information can not only put you into overwhelm but it can also create chaos in your business. There's one thing having a team that work together with you to make decisions, each with their own specialism, but it's another when you are constantly working with various people that all do the same thing (in desperation to 'fix something that's wrong in your business) and they are all giving you different advice.

Focus on this service or client, no you should focus on everyone
Post once a day on social media, no you should be posting at least three times a day

It's mind boggling, draining and time and money wasted!

When choosing your team make sure that the people you work with are on your side and aligned with your goals (not theirs or their affiliate income!), that they are able to work together seamlessly and that they just get you and what you are trying to do

Spaces in my calendar seem like gold dust at the m

Spaces in my calendar seem like gold dust at the moment, but a space has become available on the 23rd of September all day. So if creating or improving your website is on your list then this may be the push to get it done!

If you are free that day you can book half or a whole day to create your website with me (we will need your branding and copy before hand but can help you with that). We do the setup before hand then spend the day in create mode! I get to know more about you and your business, as well as it's goals and your target clients and you get full input on how the website looks and get training at the same time. Most of the website will be created on the day and then you can come back in for an hour or so for further training and to finish the site off.

We've had brilliant feedback from this and the website is finished in super quick time! I'm also happy to do this online if you are not in the South Wales area.

Or you can book in a few hours of training on a WordPress website you already have or maybe you need a strategy session (can be for any website, as long as you know how to make changes) where we will delve into your analytics, improve the layout and customer journey on your website and leave with it all done! These sessions can also be in person (CF45 4SN) or online.
