A couple of years ago, she hired someone to build her a website. It looked okay on the outside, but behind the scenes?

The designer used tools she didn’t understand, never explained how anything worked, and as soon as the site went live, the support vanished.

So when Laura needed to update a page or add a new service, she was stuck.

She ended up paying again for changes that should have been simple… and worse, she never felt confident using the site herself.

Now Laura feels nervous about investing in a new website because she doesn’t want history to repeat itself.

This week I've been talking about a few of my clients, so today let's meet Claire.

She has big plans for workshops, courses, and packages in her coaching business but feels like she’s spinning in circles.

One tool here, another tool there, nothing talks to each other. It’s messy, confusing, and exhausting.

She doesn’t know which tools to use or in what order to set things up.

She feels like she’s always starting from scratch with email lists here, landing pages there, nothing connected properly.

Then magically we appeared! Claire has been working with us after having a Website Success Strategy session and some hourly support. She's now keen to book a workshop to get some training.
